- What is a fast split?
- A fast split runs on dedicated processing hardware, usually finishing in under 5 minutes per song (longer for large files) instead of the 30–60 minutes the free option takes. You get 1–2 free fast splits per week, and can buy packs of 2 for GHS 10.
- Do credits expire?
- Never. Purchased fast splits stay in your account indefinitely. Use them whenever you need them.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- For Ghana (GHS) and Nigeria (NGN): card, mobile money, and bank transfer. For international (USD): all major cards.
- What counts as one split?
- Uploading and separating one audio file uses one credit (or one weekly free quota). The 30-second preview is always free and never counts.
- Is my music stored?
- Uploaded audio is processed and deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Separated stems are optionally saved to your own Google Drive.
- Can I use the app outside Ghana and Nigeria?
- Yes. The app works worldwide. Pay in USD by card, or use the free tier from anywhere.
